Terms of Service
Effective date: June 6, 2026. Please read these terms carefully before using Doahwell.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using any part of the Doahwell service (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including free, Pro, and Family plan subscribers.
2. Use of the Service
Doahwell is a medication adherence tool intended to help individuals track and remember their prescribed medications. It is not a medical device, does not provide medical advice, and is not a substitute for professional healthcare. Always follow guidance from your doctor or pharmacist regarding your medications.
You agree not to use the Service to: violate any applicable law; transmit harmful, fraudulent, or deceptive content; attempt to reverse-engineer or interfere with our systems; or access accounts belonging to others without authorization.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate, current information when registering. Notify us immediately at support@doahwell.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use Doahwell. Users under 18 should use the Service with parental consent.
4. Payments & Billing
Paid plans (Pro and Family) are billed monthly or annually as selected at purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the end of the billing period. You may cancel at any time from Settings → Account → Subscription. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods, except where required by applicable law.
Doahwell reserves the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to subscribers. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.
5. Termination
You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Account → Delete Account. Doahwell may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abuse, or remain inactive for more than 24 consecutive months on a free plan. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
6. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Doahwell Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid Doahwell in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We make no warranty that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that reminders will always be delivered on time. Do not rely solely on Doahwell for critical medication management.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
Questions about these terms may be directed to legal@doahwell.com.
