Terms of Service
Effective date: June 6, 2026. Please read these terms carefully before using Doahwell.
Data Controller
Doawell Digital OU, based in Tallinn, Estonia, is the controller of your personal data.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using any part of the Doahwell service (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service. These terms apply to all users (Free, Pro, and Family plans).
Nothing in these terms affects mandatory consumer rights you have under the laws of your country of residence that cannot be contractually waived.
2. Use of the Service
Doahwell is a medication adherence tool to help individuals track and remember their prescribed medications. It is not a medical device, does not provide medical advice, and is not a substitute for professional healthcare. Always follow guidance from your doctor or pharmacist.
You agree not to use the Service to: violate applicable law; transmit harmful, fraudulent, or deceptive content; reverse-engineer or interfere with our systems (except to the extent such restriction is prohibited by mandatory law, e.g. lawful interoperability); or access others' accounts without authorization.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate, current information when registering. Notify us immediately at hi@doahwell.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
You must be at least 16, or the minimum digital-consent age in your country to use Doahwell. Minors should use the Service only with the consent of a parent or guardian.
4. Payments & Billing
Paid plans (Pro and Family) are billed monthly or annually as selected. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the end of the current billing period. You may cancel anytime at Settings → Account → Subscription.
Right of withdrawal (EU/EEA consumers): You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. To withdraw, contact us at hi@doahwell.com
Digital services: If you ask us to begin the service during the withdrawal period, you expressly request this and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the service is fully performed. If you withdraw after performance has begun (but before full completion), you pay a proportionate amount for the service used up to that point. Except for your statutory withdrawal and refund rights, no refunds are issued for partial billing periods.
Price changes: We will give you at least 30 days' notice of any price change. The new price applies only from your next billing period, and you may cancel without penalty before it takes effect. If you do not cancel before the change takes effect, the new price applies to your next renewal.
5. Termination
You may delete your account anytime at Settings → Account → Delete Account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that materially breach these terms, engage in abuse or fraud, or — for Free plans — remain inactive for more than 24 consecutive months (with reasonable prior notice). Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases. This does not affect refund or withdrawal rights already accrued.
6. Statutory Guarantees and Limitation of Liability
We provide the Service with reasonable care and skill. Your mandatory statutory rights as a consumer — including legal guarantees of conformity for digital content/services — remain unaffected and are not excluded by these terms.
To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as available." We do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that reminders will always be delivered on time. Do not rely solely on Doahwell for critical medication management.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for: death or personal injury caused by our negligence; fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Subject to the above, and to the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or unforeseeable damages, and our total liability for foreseeable damages arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. (For consumers, we remain liable for foreseeable loss resulting from our breach or failure to use reasonable care.)
7. Governing Law and Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. However, if you are a consumer resident in the EU/EEA, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence.
The courts of Estonia shall have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these terms. If you are a consumer, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence, and we may only bring proceedings against you in the courts of your country of residence, in accordance with applicable EU consumer protection rules.
Out-of-court dispute resolution: If you are a consumer, you may refer a dispute to the Consumer Disputes Committee (Tarbijavaidluste komisjon) operating under the Estonian Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority (Tarbijakaitse ja Tehnilise Järelevalve Amet), Endla 10a, 10122 Tallinn, Estonia — https://www.ttja.ee. The European Commission also provides an Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We can be reached directly at hi@doahwell.com to resolve disputes amicably.
