I'm not receiving reminder notifications. What should I do?
Check that notifications are enabled for Doahwell in your device settings (Settings → Notifications → Doahwell). Also verify that reminders are set and not paused inside the app under each medication.
How do I reset my password?
Tap "Forgot password?" on the login screen and enter your email address. You'll receive a reset link within a few minutes. Check your spam folder if it doesn't arrive.
Can I move my data to a new device?
Yes. Simply log in with your existing account on the new device. All your medications, dose history, and settings sync automatically via our secure cloud backend.
My calendar sync isn't working. How do I fix it?
Go to Settings → Calendar Sync and tap "Reconnect." If the issue persists, revoke and re-grant access in your calendar app's connected accounts list, then reconnect inside Doahwell.
How do I delete my account and data?
Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. This permanently removes all your data from our servers within 30 days in accordance with our privacy policy. This action cannot be undone.
